Session Responses

Responses you share during a PRONOIA Readiness Meter or INFLECTION session are processed in real time to generate your personalized profile or Activation Starter. These responses are not stored, retained, or accessible by InclusAI after your session ends. Your session outputs — your Readiness Profile or Activation Starter — are delivered to you and are not shared with any employer or third party without your explicit written consent.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to confidentiality agreements
• With Anthropic, whose API powers our conversational tools, solely for the purpose of generating session outputs. Anthropic's use of data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain email addresses collected through our tools for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter or maintain an active relationship with us.
